The EasyChair system is used for submission of Abstracts and papers. Full paper submission is only available for Authors whose Abstract has been approved. The manuscript has to be submitted in MS Word or LaTeX format in accordance with the provided templates and a generated PDF version also has to be included. The structural integrity of the PDF must be checked, before submission.
Please keep in mind that the extended deadline for submission of the Abstracts is November 24, 2017.

Once a manuscript has been submitted, it is considered that at least one of the authors pays the Registration Fee and one author presents the paper at the Conference.
If one author has paid the Registration Fee, he/she is entitled to have max. two papers included in the Proceedings. Therefore, authors appearing more than twice in the list of authors must take care that any of their co-authors have also paid the Registration Fee, in order make possible the publication of the paper.

1) Full registration includes access to the Technical Programme, Conference Proceedings on memory stick, Welcoming Reception, Gala Dinner on 5. September, lunches and coffees during the conference.
2) Some form of document confirming your student status will be requested when registering. Student registration includes all the benefits of full registration except Gala Dinner.
The conference registration fee is non-refundable.
In order to help us identify your payment, please use the number of your submission and your name at the "Remark" field of your transfer order using the following pattern: "Submission *NUMBER*, Name: *NAME*". At least the last name(s) has to be filled if the full name would be too long. Every other information has to be given on the Registration Form (see above).
Paypal payment option is currently not possible. Please use wire transfer to the bank account only. Banking data is indicated below.
Please make sure that all transfer fees are also covered by the sender.
