Conference on Modelling Fluid Flow (CMFF) Postponed

When we last met at CMFF’18 (Conference on Modelling Fluid Flow 2018) we parted with the intent of meeting in 2021. We are hereby announce that due to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we have made the difficult decision of postponing the conference to 2022.

As you know, CMFF is a very dear event to us, which we have organized in every third year in order to bring together the CMFF community in a pleasant and stimulating environment where the content of high quality papers can be shared and discussed. The status of the pandemic threatens these fundamental aspects, potentially limiting many members of the CMFF community from attending due to travel restrictions, hence limiting the number of high quality papers that can be presented, and limiting the number of participants who can participate in the highly stimulating discussions that are carried out during the sessions, breaks, and social events. The difficult decision to postpone the conference has therefore been made in order to maintain the high level of quality associated with every aspect of CMFF events.

It is anticipated that a safe conference of high quality can be planned for one year later in 2022. We will be sending out further information in due course. We look forward to working together with all of you in organising and executing the conference.

On behalf of the International Scientific and Programme Committee and the Local Organising Committee, we wish you, your families, and your colleagues good health and safety, and look forward to seeing you in 2022!
