Submission of abstracts: November 21, 2011

Abstracts of papers (text only, body text between 200 and 300 words in English) are required before 21 November 2011 (Original deadline: November 10, 2011 has been extended) for review and selection.

For the online submission, please register first at the CMFF'12 Conference Manager, where you can upload your abstract(s).

For offline registration, a form is available here (only necessary if the Conference Manager is out of order). The offline registration and abstract submission is available via e-mail (registration form and abstract should be submitted together), using the Conference Secretariat e-mail address. Please, send your abstract in ASCII text or in PDF format!

The corresponding authors are requested to specify the list of authors with affiliation as well as the postal address, telephone, fax, and email address of all the authors in the submitted document.

Registration form is available here, but it is recommended to make registration via the CMFF'12 Conference Manager, which will be online around the end of October.
 
* A precondition for paper publication is the submission of the final paper and the payment of the registration fee by June 20, 2012.
1) Full registration includes access to the Technical Programme, Conference Proceedings printed and on CD, Welcoming Reception, Gala Dinner, lunches and coffees during the conference.
2) Document confirming your student status will be asked for when registering. Student registration includes all the benefits of full registration except printed materials and Gala Dinner.

The Conference Secretariat has pre-booked rooms at Danubius Hotel Gellért.
  • The rooms booked in advance are available to delegates on a first come first served basis.
  • The rooms are booked for 3 nights, September 4-7, 2012.
  • The advance bookings option will terminate on June 29, 2012 (reservation deadline).
