The EasyChair system is used for submission of abstracts and papers. Full paper submission is only available for Authors whose abstracts have been approved. Manuscripts have to be submitted in MS Word or LaTeX format in accordance with the provided templates and a generated PDF version also has to be included. The structural integrity of the PDF must be checked, prior to submission.
Please keep in mind that the extended deadline for submission of the Abstracts is December 10, 2021.

It is expected that for each submitted manuscript at least one author will register and pay the registration fee, presenting the paper at the conference.
Authors are entitled to have up to two papers included in the proceedings for each paid registration fee. Therefore, authors appearing more than twice in the list of authors must make sure that their co-authors have also registered and paid the registration fee, in order to make the publication of further papers possible.

1) Full registration includes access to the Technical Programme, Conference Proceedings on memory stick, Welcoming Reception, Gala Dinner, lunches and coffee breaks during the conference.
2) Documents confirming your student status will be requested when registering. Student registration includes all the benefits of full registration except Gala Dinner.
The conference registration fee is non-refundable.
As a first step in registering for the conference, please fill out the Registration Form here.
After registration, a proforma invoice will be sent to you by email with the payment details. The compulsory payment method is wire transfer to the general provider's (FLUID-LAB.HU Ltd.) bank account. The final invoice will be sent when the payment is received.
In order to help the organizers identify your payment, please provide the submission number provided in Easychair (CMFF22-XXX, e.g. CMFF22-001 for submission number 1) and your name in the "Remarks" field of your transfer order using the following pattern: "CMFF22-*NUMBER*, Name(s): *NAME*". Please provide the last name(s) if the full name(s) would be too long. All other information has to be provided on the Registration Form (see above).
